Clark Specialty Company
Progressive expansion bringing further opportunity to our partners
The founders of Clark Specialty Company initially worked at Mercury Aircraft before establishing their own Tool & Die business in June 1956. Our steadfast commitment to producing our own hard tooling has been augmented by state-of-the-art computer-aided design and manufacturing processes.
From 1970 to 1989, we operated two liquid paint shops, offering customers a range of finishing options. In 1989, upon the completion of our 30,000 square foot Assembly facility and cutting-edge Powder Coating Facility in Bath, NY, these shops were phased out. In 1996, recognizing the importance of maintaining our quality standards, we established our own Silk Screen Shop. Equipped with three automatic machines and two manual stations, we've successfully produced thousands of high-quality silk-screened customer-specific logos on various materials, including glass, plastic, metal, and powder-coated parts.
In 1998, in response to our customers' evolving needs, we incorporated an automatic three-arm rotational molding machine into our operations. We've since expanded the department's capabilities to include embedding steel fabricated parts into plastic molded products and integrating "molded-in graphics" directly into the plastic, ensuring durability and longevity unmatched by traditional decals or painted graphics.
